44.5 Foundation Founders

Conroy Campbell

Founder of 44.5 Foundation
During one of the most challenging seasons of my life—both professionally and personally—I made a deliberate commitment to realign my purpose and create something meaningful. As a technologist and sports coach for more than 20 years, I have seen firsthand how innovation, mentorship, discipline, and opportunity can change lives.

That belief became the foundation for building both a company and a nonprofit where technology and social development intersect. Driven by a desire to give back and leave a lasting legacy, I founded the 44.5 Foundation to empower individuals, strengthen families, and uplift communities.

Today, I am proud to continue building the 44.5 Foundation, advancing sustainable impact and meaningful change in communities worldwide.

“Empowering communities through mentorship, innovation, and giving back.”

Ahmed Che Siewe

Founder of 44.5 Foundation
The 44.5 Foundation has over the last year become a steady contributor to the welfare of the citizens of Douala 4 district in Cameroon, W. Africa. As manager of this initiative, I have been privileged to see firsthand the glow of relief on the faces of our recipients. Food is a lifeline here. Quality education even more fleeting. Bringing hope to so many has transformed me.
“I am dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those I encounter.”

About Our Cameroon Work

Cameroon is home to resilient people facing extraordinary hardship. Ongoing conflict in the Northwest and Southwest has forced families from their homes, closed schools, and disrupted livelihoods. In the Far North, violence and climate-driven flooding have left communities without reliable food, clean water, or medical care. Despite these challenges, families continue to fight for their children’s future.

The 44.5 Foundation partners with local schools, community leaders, and grassroots organizations to deliver meaningful support—from education and digital access to food, clean water, and youth development through sports. Our mission is not just to help people survive, but to help them thrive.
